For the last 4 years we have been using some pretty decent software for our line of stores. However, promises were made of new features, ease of use, easier upgrades and installs, and more. Not much has changed with that software over the years, and one of the biggest features promised almost 3 years ago was a “Wishlist” addition so that our customers could create and share a wishlist with their friends and family that worked like a baby or bridal registry. That promise was also never brought into fruition.
After some research and testing we have decided to take one of our stores and completely re-do all of it. Phase 1 was completed on Saturday night, removal of the old software and information, and the installation of the new software. Now we begin phase 2, customization and product set up.
